ENGLEWOOD, United States – October 30, 2026

ENGLEWOOD, CO – Affinity TruFrame Cabinetry has published a written warranty and quality program for its custom cabinets, together with an order policy last updated on August 17, 2026. The two pages set out what the company covers after installation, how each cabinet is checked before it ships, and what happens when an order is cancelled or arrives damaged.
“We published the warranty tiers, the inspection steps and the order rules so homeowners, designers and dealers can read them before they sign,” said Cayd Bader, owner of Affinity TruFrame Cabinetry. “Because every cabinet is built to order, those terms need to be clear at the start.”
The material gives buyers a single reference for questions that usually come up only after a contract is signed. Full details are posted on the warranty page, and background on the company is available from Affinity TruFrame Cabinetry.
According to the published terms, coverage is split into four tiers. A limited lifetime structural warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship on cabinet box components for as long as the owner keeps the home. A 5-year finish warranty covers the catalyzed conversion varnish finishes against peeling, cracking and excessive wear under normal use, while soft-close hinges and drawer slides carry their makers’ warranties, which the company describes as typically lifetime for Blum and Hettich products.

The fourth tier is a 1-year adjustment warranty. Within the first year after installation, the company says it will adjust doors, drawers and hardware free of charge to restore alignment.
The same page describes a six-stage production process. Boards are selected for grain, moisture content and structural integrity, then cut and bored by CNC machinery and assembled by hand. Finishing includes sanding, sealing, staining or painting and a catalyzed topcoat, and every cabinet then passes a 27-point inspection of fit, finish, hardware and packaging before custom packaging and delivery coordinated with the installer.
The companion order policy explains that every cabinet is built to order and cannot be returned to stock. Orders can be changed or cancelled at no charge within 48 hours of confirmation if materials have not been cut. Concealed freight damage should be reported within 5 days of delivery, and items shipped in the wrong finish or size against approved drawings are corrected at no cost.
Finish samples and sample doors may be returned within 30 days if undamaged. The policy also notes that variation in color, grain and knots is a property of natural wood rather than a defect, and that manufacturing defects are handled under the warranty instead of the return window.
The cabinets are built on the company’s TruFrame construction, an inverted flush face frame that gives a full-access interior with 1/8-inch reveals and supports both inset and full overlay doors. Affinity TruFrame Cabinetry sells through authorized dealers and design professionals and runs a design studio and showroom in Englewood, where its door styles and finishes can be seen in person.
