Iron Diamond House Brings a New Home for Athletes to the Bucks County Area

Female-owned indoor sports facility creates dedicated training space for softball players, teams, and young athletes in the local community.

SOUDERTON, PA, UNITED STATES, August 25, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Iron Diamond House (IDH), a new indoor youth sports facility designed with softball and female athletes at its core, will celebrate its grand opening on September 12, 2026, at 731 Wambold Road in Souderton.

Founded by Pennridge High School graduate, lifelong Perkasie resident, and current Pennridge High School softball coach Crystalrae States, Iron Diamond House was created to give young athletes a dedicated place to train, develop their skills, and build confidence.

For States, the idea grew from years of personal experience as both an athlete and a coach in the local community.

Throughout her time coaching young athletes, States saw the challenges softball players and other female athletes could face when looking for quality indoor training space. Too often, they had to work around other sports being prioritized in facility schedules, using the spaces and times that remained available rather than training in an environment intentionally designed with their needs in mind.

Iron Diamond House was created to offer something different.

“I wanted to create a place where female athletes could have a space that felt like it was built for them, not a space they were simply given when someone else didn’t need it,” said States. “Softball players deserve the opportunity to train, develop, and compete in an environment where they feel valued and where they can see themselves thriving.”

The indoor youth sports facility will feature seven retractable batting tunnels and approximately 6,500 square feet of turf, providing flexible indoor space for individual athletes and teams. The facility will accommodate practices, training sessions, camps, clinics, cage rentals, and special events.

While softball is at the heart of Iron Diamond House, the facility’s mission extends beyond one sport. IDH aims to become a gathering place for young athletes, families, coaches, and the local sports community.

Through training, competition, teamwork, and interaction with coaches and peers, Iron Diamond House seeks to give athletes opportunities to develop their skills, strengthen their confidence, build relationships, and develop a lifelong love of sports.

As a locally owned, female-owned business, Iron Diamond House also represents an investment in the community States has called home for much of her life.

“I grew up here. I played here. I coach here. I know what this community means to me, and I wanted to build something that gives back to it,” said States. “Iron Diamond House is about creating opportunities for the next generation and giving athletes a place where they know they belong.”

The community is invited to celebrate the grand opening of Iron Diamond House on Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at 731 Wambold Road in Souderton.

The grand opening will give families, athletes, coaches, and community members an opportunity to tour the facility, experience the training space, learn about upcoming programs, and celebrate the opening of a new local resource for youth sports.
