EPDs, independently verified reports detailing environmental impacts across a product’s life cycle, provide architects, developers, and builders with transparent data to evaluate the environmental impacts of building materials. Verified under ISO 21930 and ISO 14025 standards, TimberHP’s EPDs quantify the biogenic carbon stored within its wood-fiber insulation products alongside the emissions associated with sourcing, transportation, and manufacturing.

Manufactured from abundant wood residuals from the regional forest-products industry, TimberHP’s bio-based insulation stores carbon within the building’s thermal envelope while helping reduce the energy required to heat and cool the building.
